Key3 recognises that it is not always easy to justify allocating cost and resource to existing contracts to drive innovation and can assure clients that the approach is always based on delivering tangible savings rather than theoretical opportunities. When examining a 3PL contract to determine where innovation could generate value, we will typically look at the contract both strategically within the group and tactically at an operating level to determine opportunities for improvement.
